I loved The House on Salt Hay Road and was glad to give it to a good home.

But, you know, I don’t want to give away something which I secretly think is bad. I have a couple of Viragos I could give away, but they’re not very good and you-all would just be disappointed.

Still, I think I will try to give away one more book this summer (because I have so many!).
